Carla has a passion for life (she loves celebrating her birthday and a party is a must!), family, friends, travel, gastronomy and … work. She studied a degree in translation, but, as chance would have it, left for the other side of the pond, living in the USA to improve her English, and soon discovered that her heart wasn’t in translation. She started her professional career in communication, joining a video and events company. Thus her lifelong passion for this field began. She returned to Lisbon two years later to work for an advertising agency and a video production company. The companies grew and Media Consulting was born. She has worked in several areas, from media planning and space purchasing to production and event support. Now more focused on events and brand activation throughout the GCIMEDIA Group, Carla has always wanted to make things happen, to make the seemingly impossible possible. The adrenaline rush of having everything ready on time to make brands shine, that is what drives her and what she is passionate about!
